Frome's Theatre Playground - Saturday 18th May 2024
We are delighted to announce that Frome's Theatre Playground is back again this year with an amazing programme selected by young people in Frome.
From international circus acts to incresible dance-theatre shows with a moving shed! From the story of Amelia Earhart to walkabout wonders - we promise a day of theatre, circus and dance packed FULL of fun. St John's school will also be hoisting a range of stalls.
And as if that wasn't enough there will also be some amazing performances from St John's and from Trinity Schools!

1:30pm Amelia Braveheart, Tor Theatre

Be part of the mayhem as our intrepid inventor risks nerve wracking failure to bring you one perfect chain reaction… with some help from his little assistant.'
Created in 2012 Thingamabob is one of my longest standing shows and has been performed across the world to over 14 different countries.

With lots of giggles and audience participation, this show promises to take you on an extraordinary adventure and have you home in time for tea!

The fish grew and grew and grew until… Discover what happens next in this magical story presented by Theatrix Arts based on the legend of the Lambton Worm through puppets, magical changing scenery, song, music and sound effects
